The Federal Air departure from ORT to Royal Malewane is 12h15 & the departure from Royal Malewane to ORT is +/- 14h25 (sometimes earlier or later depending on how many pick ups they have.) The Fedair shuttle flight may stop at other lodges/airports en route.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation fees will be applied should a booking be cancelled within the following
period:
* 8 to 4 weeks before arrival – 25% of total accommodation fee.
* 4 to 2 weeks before arrival – 50% of total accommodation fee.
* 2 weeks before arrival – 100% of total accommodation fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We suggest that guests are covered by travel insurance in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.

CHILD POLICY
No children under 12, unless the Africa House or the entire lodge or Royal & Malewane Suites are booked
with all the private services.
