Flowers provided for you by Royal Malewane include the ceremony table arrangement, the dinner table arrangement, the bridal bouquet and a buttonhole for the groom.
After the evening's celebrations, your bedroom turndown, the preparation of a wedding bath and a selected gift for the bridal couple are all courtesy of Royal Malewane.
The wedding offer includes a manicure and a pedicure for the bride.
On arrival the bridal couple will receive a complimentary upgrade to either the Royal Suite or the Malewane Suite subject to availability (excluding private services of chef, butler, masseuse and ranger).

Payment & Cancellation Policy
- A reservation is not secure until such time as a deposit has been received. Royal Malewane reserves the right to cancel such reservation without prior notice, unless such deposit has been received.
- A 25% deposit is payable within seven days from date of confirmation, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to guests arrival.
- Payments can be made either via a direct wire transfer instruction or major credit card (American Express, Diners Clu-b, MasterCard or Visa). We would however draw guest's attention to fraud prevention procedures imposed by all banks that require a great deal of personal information before they will process any payments in excess of R5,000 on your credit card.
- Cancellation fees will be levied in the event of cancellation and in accordance with the reservation terms & conditions of Royal Malewane
- The following cancellation fees will be applied should a booking be cancelled within the following period:

- 12 to 4 weeks before arrival - 25% of total accommodation fee and other additional fees incurred
- 4 to 0 weeks before arrival - 100% of total accommodation fee and other additional fees incurred

We would suggest that you are covered by a travel insurance policy in the event unforeseen cancellation.

- All changes to the chosen menus must be made four weeks before the function.
- The final number for your function is to be finalized two weeks before the event, together with the order of events/time schedules/bar requirements.
- Kindly note that no liquor or food may be brought onto the premises.
- The client is responsible for the guest seating plan, guest list and table numbers
- Normal function hours are as follows:

- Bar closes at 00h00 and other operations at 02h00. Thereafter a fee of R1500 per hour will be charged.

- If changes are made to the menu. Price is subject to change.
- For décor purposes the lodge is available to you on the day of your wedding. Please pre arrange with our wedding planner.
- Malicious damage to our property and theft will be charged for at full replacement cost.
- Should the lodge, gardens, décor or napery be damaged during the setup or duration of the function, the client will be held responsible and be billed accordingly.
