The Federal Air departure from ORT to Royal Malewane is 12h00 12h20 & the departure from Royal Malewane to ORT is 14h00 / 14h30 (sometimes earlier depending on how many pick ups they have). The Federal Air shuttle flight may stop at other lodges / airports en route. There will also be a levy of R 47.00 per person for guests departing from ORT as per the Airports Company of South Africa.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation fees will be applied should a booking be cancelled within the following period:
* 8 to 4 weeks before arrival – 25% of total accommodation fee.
* 4 to 2 weeks before arrival – 50% of total accommodation fee.
* 2 weeks before arrival – 100% of total accommodation fee.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We suggest that guests are covered by travel insurance in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.
CHILD POLICY
No children under 12, unless the entire lodge or Royal & Malewane Suites are booked with all the private
services.
Laundry
Please note we offer a limited laundry service for our guests and are unable to do items such as silk, non
colourfast, wool etc.These items will need to be sent off the premises to a dry cleaners at an additional cost
and we will require a 72 hour turnaround for these
